With a growing family and a rare high-ceiling layout, the client wanted to unlock more usable space without sacrificing the main living area of his loft.

We designed and built a structural steel mezzanine to add a new level within the condo’s volume, then reworked the kitchen cabinetry to fit the updated layout and circulation.

A key priority was creating a space-efficient stair access—clean, safe, and carefully positioned to preserve openness and everyday flow. The result is a design-led transformation that adds function and square footage while keeping the condo bright, modern, and balanced.
