Where we work
Off-island homes, made-to-measure stairs
Homes west of the island range from brand-new builds to century-old houses, and each one asks for something different from its staircase. Here is what homeowners in each part of the region usually come to us for.
Vaudreuil-Dorion
Newer homes often come with carpeted or builder-grade stairs. We replace them with solid hardwood treads, new railings and floors that match.
Saint-Lazare
Larger homes with open entrances are a natural fit for a statement staircase: steel stringers, open risers and glass or steel railings.
Hudson
For older and character homes, we renovate or rebuild wood staircases while keeping the style of the house, and colour-match the stain to existing floors.
Île-Perrot & Pincourt
Modern updates like our central stringer project in Île-Perrot: floating oak treads, LED step lighting and a frameless glass railing.
Salaberry-de-Valleyfield
Staircase refreshes and hardwood flooring for homes of every age, from a new set of treads and risers to a full stair-and-floor renovation.
Across the region

Questions
Vaudreuil-Soulanges FAQ
Do you work in Hudson, Saint-Lazare and Valleyfield?
Yes. We take staircase and flooring projects across Vaudreuil-Soulanges, including Vaudreuil-Dorion, Saint-Lazare, Hudson, Île-Perrot, Pincourt, Rigaud, Les Cèdres, Coteau-du-Lac and Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. Availability is confirmed with each project’s scope and schedule.
Can you replace carpet on my stairs with hardwood?
Yes. It’s a common upgrade in newer homes. We remove the carpet, install new hardwood treads and risers, and can update the posts, balusters and handrail at the same time.
Can you match new stairs to my existing hardwood floors?
In most cases, yes. We match the wood species and stain so the new treads blend with your floors. If the floors are being replaced too, we plan both together for an exact match.
Do you install flooring and stairs in the same project?
Yes. Doing both together gives cleaner transitions and one consistent colour throughout the house, with one team coordinating the work.
Do you build floating or central stringer staircases?
Yes. We design central and side steel stringer staircases with wood treads, open risers and glass, steel or wood railings. See our Île-Perrot project for an example.
Do you work in English and French?
Yes, we work with homeowners in both English and French.
